My husband & I cruised last November and I went to my first art auction. It was interesting, and without intending to purchase anything, I did pick Tim Yanke's Big Thunder piece because I liked his Native American influence. I liked the style of this expressionistic piece and decided to bid on it. We are really enjoying it! I hope Tim continues to create more meaningful art.

Just returned from a cruise on Carnival Spirit...We bought two Peter Max works, a Yanke and a few other womderful pieces...we paid about $2400 in total, and cannot wait for the works to arrive! The staff was great, fun and informative. And in checking on internet prices for the works we bought, we feel that we were treated right by Park West. Thanks for the fun! Paul and Judy Cadman

I had a wonderful time at the art auctions on the Carnival Pride 2010 and working with Samira and Cole. They found the best deals for the artists I was looking for. Everyone was very professional, but made it an entertaining experience as well. This was my 8th cruise on Carnival and one of the best with Park West Gallery.

just got back from a cruise to the Carribean on the Mercury. Bruce, Neil and Joe really sold me. I got great deals on Erte,Willardson.Picasso,Hanna Barbera,Rockwell, and Tarkay. I would also suggest that if there is an art auctioneer onboard your cruise ship, you speak with him/her to get an even better feel for the job.
