I attended one of the art auctions on my cruise last week (Carnival Elation) and I had the opportunity to meet your great staff. One of them, named Christie although on her first week, was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and took care of every question I had. Even when a picky buyer made me wait 45 minutes because I was after him, she took care of me and even just showed me artwork because of the actual art was beautiful, instead of just getting a quick sale. The way she made the customer feel is exactly what is needed and is often lacking in sales.

I didn't actually purchase any artwork. As a recent college graduate I can't really afford it, but I wanted to leave a customer service comment anyway. David was a wonderful addition to my cruise experience (Norwegian Gem). My group went to every lecture and auction. I learned so much about several artists, and two people in my group bought a painting. I'll definitely keep Park West in mind when I can afford to start my collection. The art auctions and lectures were my favorite part, and I'll remember them for years to come.
