I recently took a cruise and was delighted to meet some of your staff. [They were] very helpful and informative in the whole process. The one-on-one, personable experience was extremely nice. There was no pressure or the feel of [them] trying to sell anything to us. The entire process was so easy and enjoyable that we did not hesitate the next day when we found a Peter Max that we loved. 

I can say without question that the staff aboard the Gem was a large factor in making our final decisions. I have already told a friend that will coincidentally be on the Gem later this month, about the art auctions and to take a moment and say 'Hi' for me.
