Travel Weekly Newspaper Features Park West Gallery!


September 3, 2008 -- Travel Weekly [The National Newspaper of the Travel Industry] featured Park West Gallery in an article entitled "Cruise line art vendor allows refunds and exchanges".

The article, written by Johanna Jainchill, unveils Park West Gallery's new 40-40-40 enhanced customer satisfaction guarantee, effective as of September 1, 2008.

  2. I have had pause to wonder, might I have made a different choice if I had seen a different piece. Knowing myself I wouldn't change my mind but it is wonderful Park West has set in motion this new program. Thank you Park West. I enjoy all the art I have collected and look forward to new offerings.

  8. I saw the press release on 40-40-40. Wow! My experience with Park West staff, from auctioneers and assistants to customer service has always been great, everyone courteous and professional. Now this new enhanced customer guarantee on the wonderful artwork, shows Park West is phenomenal and a leader in the art world.

  11. Congratulations to Albert Scaglione, Albert Molina and everyone who participated in the development and implementation of this magnificent concept. It allows anyone who is afraid to commit the freedom to raise his or her hand. They now have the ability to change their mind up to 40 months after purchase to improve on their original selection. Who else would come up with an astounding idea like that but Park West. No wonder customers continue to come back again and again to collect the spectacular artworks they carry.   12. Park West's development of this new program is positive and negative. People who attend auctions know when they win the bid the art is theirs. Now for any reason the customer can cancel the sale. What about the people who wanted the art but lost the bid. Will they be notified the piece is now theirs?

  14. Thanks for the response; I'll keep that in mind. I do enjoy the auctions and feel a bit of remorse when I loose the bid, but offer congratulations to the person that won. That's the fun of it all, entertainment with a reward – beautiful art as the prize.

  15. 40-40-40 is all over the web, press releases, news wires, and blogs. Park West’s innovative marketing again represents why they are a leader in the business. Many galleries carry the same artists, but how many offer this sort of guarantee, none that I know of.
