I am writing to you as one of your VIP clients to let you know that Paula in your Customer Service Department deserves credit for doing a great job and representing Park West Gallery in the best light.

After a recent VIP cruise I had some issues and Paula helped clear them up and assisted me in a very professional and timely manner. She is a very good asset and in this world of poor service as a standard she has helped Park West increase its image and service quality.
