"I have been working with Angela for several years. I do not know who will read this e-mail, nor do I know if it will be of any interest or help to Park West Gallery, BUT, you have an OUTSTANDING employee in Angela.

I have asked this woman repeatedly, for information, pictures of products, opinions etc. and she has NEVER missed a beat bringing me what I requested. I know that she gets paid, probably on commission, but being in sales myself, I know that sometimes, a client can make you work far harder and longer than what your commission compensates.

Any company can hire a 'body' to do the work at hand, but to employ someone who has the ability to maintain their composure, keep a customer feeling like they are important and get the job done at one time is rare. This is your employee in Angela.

An Unforgettable Park West Gallery Cruise Art Auction Experience

"My family went on a Carnival cruise in August 2010 and we were curious about the art auction. We had never been to an auction before. We never planned to buy any artwork but as we looked at the artworks, we were captured by the beauty of the paintings.

At the end of the auction, we bought 14 artworks (Tarkay, Kinkade, Le Kinff, Mavrovich, Gockel, Glenn) and we also won some artworks. My husband liked the 'Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics' by Alexander Chen but we couldn't budget for it. The Art Director made it possible for us to acquire the Beijing Olympics by working around our budget.

We were so happy and couldn't believe that we actually bought so many pieces. We want to thank [the Art Director] for being very professional and very understanding. He made the auction very interesting and we will never forget that experience."

Dear Park West Gallery,

"I ordered two pieces of artwork on the Norwegian 'Gem' from David G. in April of this year. At that time I thought he was a very genuine person with good ethics. When I received my artwork, one of the pieces had the wrong framing and I contacted him with the problem. He contacted me immediately with the info I needed to correct the problem.

I called the number [David] gave me and was very pleased by the person helping me on the other end. I wish I had gotten her name because she was so helpful and people always complain when they are treated negatively but never give credit to the gracious people. I was told that the artwork would be picked up at your expense and changed to the new framing. Today I received the artwork and I'm very pleased with the framing and the timely manner it was received. Thanking you again and Mr. G. for being so attentive to a new customer who will certainly do business with you again."
